How do I receive my PDF pattern?
Straight after checkout you get a download link on screen and by email. Patterns are yours forever, including all future updates and corrections.
Are your patterns in US or UK terms?
Both. Every paid pattern includes US and UK terminology, metric and imperial measurements, and stitch counts for each row or round.
I am stuck on a row. Can you help?
Of course. Pattern support is free for life. Email us the pattern name and row number (a photo helps) and the designer will walk you through it.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Handmade pieces are crocheted to order and ship in 5 to 7 days, then 3 to 8 days in transit worldwide. Shipping is carbon-neutral, and free on orders over $100.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship handmade pieces to most countries. Prices are shown in USD, EUR or GBP and charged in USD at checkout.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unworn handmade pieces can be returned within 30 days. Because PDFs are delivered instantly, digital patterns are not refundable, but if something is wrong with a pattern we will always make it right.
